Justin Bechstein

Justin Bechstein has a diverse work experience in industrial design and research. Justin is currently working as a Principal Industrial Designer at Delve since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bresslergroup as a Principal Industrial Designer and Senior Industrial Designer from 2020 to 2022. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Phillips-Medisize as a Sr. Industrial Designer & Human Factors Researcher, where they conceptualized design solutions for medical devices and conducted user research. Justin also has experience as an Industrial Design Intern at Electrolux North America and as a Design Research Consultant at Designapkin. Justin's early career includes roles as a Prototyping Consultant at Priority Designs, an Industrial Design Intern at Beyond Design, Inc., and an Engineering Design Specialist at Commercial Vehicle Group : The Ohio State University.

Justin Bechstein received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from The Ohio State University in the years 2010 to 2014.
