Phillip Swartz

Phillip Swartz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Phillip began their career as a Bus Boy at Valentino's Ristorante Italiano in 2009 and worked there until 2010. Phillip then worked as a Dishwasher and Maintenance Staff at Malvern Retreat Home from 2011 to 2012.

In 2013, Phillip worked as a Flagger at Flagger Force Traffic Control Services during the summer. Phillip also held the position of Equipment Room Attendant at Saint Joseph's University from 2013 to 2015, where they managed the uniform inventory for division one athletes and handled mail and laundry operations.

In 2014, Phillip interned at Solvay as a Marketing Communications Intern during the summer. Phillip collaborated with BDMs and RMDs in the coatings industry and developed Solvay's first database within its coatings segment.

Phillip joined West Ninth Vintage in 2015 as a Light Builder, assembling lighting fixtures and managing customer orders. Phillip also worked at Saint Joseph's University as part of the Wall Street Trading Room Work Study Program.

From 2016 to 2017, Phillip worked at SEI as a Fund Accountant, responsible for accounting multiple private equity and hedge funds. Phillip leveraged software solutions to provide accurate financial statements.

At Lincoln Financial Group, Phillip held the role of Finance Specialist from 2018 to 2021. Phillip collaborated with various teams to deliver financial results for the retirement division. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Financial Analyst, leading the company's forecast model and analyzing industry information.

Currently, Phillip is working at Delve as a Senior Financial Analyst since April 2022. In March 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director of Finance and Operations.

Phillip Swartz completed their education with a Penn LPS Coding Bootcamp Certificate in Web Development from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Saint Joseph's University in 2016. In 2013, Phillip attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they studied Business Administration. Phillip completed their high school education at Cardinal O'hara High School, focusing on Business, from 2008 to 2012.
