Matteo Riva is currently a PhD student at IDSIA, where they focus on advanced research in machine learning and computer vision. Previously, they served as a Senior Computer Vision and Software Engineer at Delvitech SA and held various roles as an iOS software developer for companies such as Rebrandly and Monkey Cube Interactive. Matteo has completed multiple degrees in Computer Science and Informatics, achieving high honors from both the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and USI Università della Svizzera italiana. Additionally, they gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant, preparing and grading assignments for both Databases and Machine Learning courses.
