Drew Ray

Drew Ray currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at DEMA Engineering Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Drew was the Quality Engineering Supervisor at Control Devices, LLC from September 2022 to April 2023, and worked as a Financial Advisor at Renaissance Financial from July 2021 to August 2022, serving as a registered representative and investment advisor representative of Securian Financial Services, Inc. Drew's earlier experience includes a tenure as Quality Assurance Manager at Paulo Heat Treating, Brazing and Metal Finishing, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Quality Management System in line with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards. Drew also held positions as Regional Sales Manager and Sales Engineer at Missouri State Tix, and began a career in customer service with Schnuck Markets, Inc. Drew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management with an emphasis in Economics from Missouri State University between 2011 and 2015.
