Gavin Starks

Gavin Starks is an experienced leader currently serving as Co-Chair of the UK Smart Data Council at the Department for Business and Trade and as Chair (non-executive) at Demand Logic, focusing on energy conservation in commercial buildings. As the Founder and CEO of Dgen network and Icebreaker One, Gavin has established platforms that promote decentralized networks and trusted data flows for sustainability.
