Raphaela Hecken

Raphaela Hecken is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Channel Marketing and Strategy at DemandFactor since February 2023 and as an Advisory Board Member for the Channel Marketing Association since July 2024. Previously, Raphaela held roles at Sophos as Channel Marketing Manager for North America, MSP, and CSP, and also served as Channel Marketing Manager. At Alpha Translations Canada Inc. (an RWS Company), Raphaela worked in Business Development and Key Account Management, where strategic planning and high-value account management were key responsibilities, along with leading multi-channel marketing campaigns as a Marketing Specialist. Additionally, Raphaela was the Chief Brand Ambassador at Word of Mouth Marketing, Inc. Raphaela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and International Business from Concordia University.
