As Director of People Operations for DemandGen, Melissa brings more than 15 years with cross–industry people operations management experience and shaping performance driven cultures in a variety of capacities and creative environments. Her core passion is developing innovative programs that build the necessary infrastructure to attract, hire and on-board key talent, and ensure the active cultivation of our values-based culture to develop, nurture and retain our talented team-members.
