Demarco’s architectural consultants believe their strength lies in aligning client expectations and their needs, to deliver projects in the most effective manner with the highest level of quality. We strive to build healthy and effective relationships with our clients focusing on architecture, interior design, site planning, LEED® accredited professional design, commercial, retail, mixed-use, institutional, and residential.

Demarco’s construction project management focus is on a commitment to our clients and construction partners is to provide, accurate reporting, total cooperation, and quality construction in a timely and expeditious manner. Demarco’s hands-on approach to construction management has provided the ability to offer owners; value engineering, risk analysis, risk resolution, scheduling control, and cost control on the projects that are undertaken. Our experience includes commercial, industrial, institutional, sports facilities, high/low-rise residential, and high-tech facilities.
