Ryan Oakes is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and development. Currently serving as a Project Superintendent at DeMaria since August 2023, Ryan has previously held positions such as Project Development Manager at JC Beal Construction, LLC, and Construction Manager at MFCC. Ryan's career includes significant experience as a Project Manager at Midpoint Construction & Restoration and Premier Construction & Design, and ownership of ROC LLC, a residential construction company focused on condo maintenance projects.
