Andy Randles

Andy Randles has over two decades of experience in the logistics and parts management sector, currently serving as Senior Director Parts & Logistics Manager at Dematic since March 1999. In this role, Andy leads the aftermarket customer service parts and logistics department, overseeing all processes related to aftermarket parts replacement, including service, order intake, part buying, third-party logistics, inventory control, part delivery, and warranty. Prior to Dematic, Andy served as a QA Manager and Mechanical Engineer in the US Navy from November 1990 to April 1999 on the USS Wyoming. Andy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornerstone University, completed between 2006 and 2008, and a degree from Valdosta State University, earned from 1995 to 1998.
