Drew Willard

Drew Willard currently serves as the Technical Communications & Training Supervisor at Dematic, where responsibilities include streamlining processes and developing comprehensive training programs for customers and trainers across the Americas. Previously, Drew led a team of 12 as the Customer Service & Inside Sales Supervisor at MFP Automation Engineering, managing high volumes of customer interactions. Additionally, Drew's extensive experience with the West Michigan Whitecaps included roles such as Assistant Director of Ticket Sales, Group Sales Manager, and Ticket Sales Consultant, contributing to significant revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. Drew holds a B.A.A. in Organizational Communication and Hospitality from Central Michigan University.
