Greg Swears is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Portfolio Manager at Dematic since November 2021, Greg manages the product portfolio for mixed case fulfillment applications. Prior to this role, Greg co-founded and served as CEO of Essata Technologies, Inc., focusing on sustainable infrastructure for commercial buildings. Greg held various engineering positions, including Engineering Manager and Program Manager at Light Corp, where Agile methodologies were implemented to enhance product development. Earlier experience includes roles as a Product Development Engineer at Disher and Kaydon Corporation, and significant leadership responsibilities in the US Army, where Greg served as Executive Officer and Platoon Leader.
