Continuous Improvement Manager

Kim Egan is a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager with a strong track record in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of efficiency across various organizations. Currently at Dematic since February 2020, Kim leads AMCS Continuous Improvement programs and has established foundational strategies in this role. Prior experience includes leading Lean Six Sigma projects at Kellogg Company, enhancing global business transformations, and acting as a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader at MPI Research, where Kim was a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
