Lisa Jantz has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering Capacity and Demand Management at Dematic since July 1996. Throughout the tenure at Dematic, Lisa has held various senior roles, including Sr Director of Global Hub Engineering, Sr Director of the Global Process Management Office, and Director of Data Analytics and Infrastructure Services. Expertise includes lean thinking, change management, structured problem solving, and big data analytics. Prior to Dematic, Lisa was the R&D Software Engineering Manager and Product Development Manager at Computer Design Inc.
