Maureen Barrow

Maureen Barrow is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in technical writing, business analysis, and project management. From November 2010 to July 2015, Maureen worked at BlackBerry, where responsibilities included producing user guides in various formats and managing localization projects. As a Business Content Analyst at Manulife Bank of Canada from January 2016 to March 2017, Maureen played a key role in launching Salesforce for the sales team and developing associated training processes. Maureen's career further includes short roles at Dematic as a Certification Operations Manager, Certification Administrator, and Software Business Analyst, as well as a Global Sourcing Specialist at OpenText. Prior to these roles, Maureen served as the Administrative Coordinator for the National CIHR Research Training Program in Hepatitis C from August 2008 to October 2010, managing the national curriculum and scholarship initiatives.
