Roar Haland is an experienced leader in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Global Software Organisation for Store Replenishment at Dematic since June 2019. Previously, Roar held the position of Programme Manager at MDS Global from November 2016 to June 2019 and served as Regional Director at Experis Norway from August 2014 to August 2016, contributing to Norway’s largest recruitment and consultancy company.
