Ryan McCall

Ryan McCall possesses a solid background in engineering and student development, beginning with a degree from Hope College earned in 2012. Initial experience includes the role of Neighborhood Coordinator and Student Assistant Resident Director at Hope College, focusing on student wellness and safety. Subsequent positions at Gentex Corporation involved applying lean strategies as a Production Support Engineer and Engineering Intern, while at Haworth, Ryan served as a Manufacturing Engineer with direct leadership experience. Most recently, roles at MillerKnoll included Engineering Manager, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, and New Product Fulfillment Lead, followed by current responsibilities as Solution Development Engineering Manager at Dematic. Throughout this career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing and engineering processes, particularly through the application of the Toyota Production System.
