Tim Richards

Tim Richards is an accomplished professional in cybersecurity and operational technology, currently serving as a Senior Manager of OT Cybersecurity at Dematic since October 2022, where responsibilities include building a product cybersecurity program and developing a team of ICS engineers. Previously, Tim held the position of Senior Manager of OT/Cybersecurity at Cytiva, leading a team to develop cybersecurity frameworks for OEM skids and SCADA, while also managing internal OT networks globally. Tim's experience includes roles as an OT Security Leader at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed governance schema implementation, and earlier as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Siemens. Tim's career began in the US Navy, serving as an Engineman on multiple ships. Academic qualifications include a BA in General Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and an AA in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Grand Rapids Community College.
