Eric Roell

Eric Roell is a seasoned creative leader with over 14 years of experience in advancing innovative marketing strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Creative and Brand at Demco, Inc. since June 2022, Eric oversees a team of 12 creatives in executing corporate and marketing initiatives for e-commerce, multimedia, and digital platforms. Previously, Eric held the position of Creative Director at WPS Health Solutions from July 2015 to June 2022, where a notable television ad campaign led to a 105% sales increase. Earlier roles included Global Creative Director at Yappem and owner of Lake Cottage Design, LLC, along with managing creative services at Bloomberg Industry Group. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
