Disney Barroca

Disney Barroca is the Executive Director at DEME Brazil, bringing a robust background in port management and public policy to the role. They hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from UniBrasil Centro Universitário (2010), a specialization in Public Management from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco (2014), and advanced training in Port Management from the Ecole nationale supérieure maritime in France (2018). Currently, Disney serves as the Coordinator-General of Port Lease Modeling at the National Secretariat of Ports and Aquatic Transportation, overseeing the allocation of public port areas for various types of exploration. Their experience includes leadership roles in various national and international port authorities and committees, focusing on logistics, efficiency, and security in the maritime sector.
