Mark Rouw

Mark Rouw is an experienced Tender Manager at DEME Offshore, with a tenure beginning in February 2016. Current responsibilities include managing various offshore wind farm tenders and soil investigations across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Taiwan. Previously, Mark held roles as Project Manager at Bildor, overseeing multiple construction projects in Belgium, and served as Senior Desk Engineer at GeoSea - Deme NV, providing project estimation for various offshore wind farms. Mark's earlier career includes leadership in project planning and execution at Altez Group and experience as Deputy Project Manager at Denys. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from HZ University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Technology from CHO - VTI - Aalst, Belgium.
