Mathijs Mann is an experienced project engineer currently working as a Project & LEAN Engineer with Femern Link Contractors since January 2023, contributing to the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link project. Prior to this role, Mathijs served as a Project Engineer at DEME Group from April 2021, managing projects such as the Blankenburgverbinding in the Netherlands and the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link. Mathijs has also held positions at Van Oord, where responsibilities included being a Superintendent/Project Engineer for the reinforcement of the Afsluitdijk and completing a technical traineeship.
