Stephen Goggin

Stephen Goggin has extensive experience in marine engineering, currently serving as Deck Equipment Foreman and Deck Engineer at DEME Group since February 2019 on the ORION. Previous roles at DEME Group include working as Deck Engineer on various projects and as Chief Mechanic on a jack-up barge. Stephen's experience also spans positions as Technician/Pilot at Global Sea Mineral Resources for the PATANIA project, 4th Engineer on the Seafox 5 vessel, and roles focused on engineering and electrical systems for several companies. Educational qualifications include a Marine Engineering degree from Maritiem Instituut Mercator and an Industrial Electrician certification from Vrij Technische Instituut Oostende.
