Thomas Hoebeke is the Chief Surveyor at DEME Group, where they perform topographic and hydrographic surveys for global dredging and marine projects. In their current role since 2008, Thomas is also involved in the installation of advanced survey systems and drone operations for data acquisition. They served as the Head Surveyor at TM COTU from 2022, overseeing land surveying activities for the Scheldetunnel project.
