About the De’Medici Foundation
The De’Medici Foundation is led by Prince Lorenzo de’ Medici, a direct descendant of the legendary Medici family—historic patrons of the arts and catalysts of the Renaissance.

Known for their support of great masters like Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo, the Medici family helped shape the cultural and intellectual foundation of the modern world. Today, the Foundation continues this legacy by advancing the family’s core values: art, culture, and education.

Through cultural preservation, educational initiatives, and philanthropic partnerships, the de’ Medici Foundation promotes creativity, historical awareness, and human advancement. From restoring architectural treasures to supporting learning and dialogue across cultures, we bring Renaissance ideals into a global, modern mission
