Rob S.

Rob S. is an experienced Government Executive currently serving as the Managing Director for Civil Service Strong & Good Government at Democracy Forward. They have a distinguished history of transforming organizational challenges into strengths, demonstrated through roles such as Deputy Director and Associate Director for Employee Services at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. With expertise in legal, policy, operations, and IT, Rob previously led the implementation of the Multi-State Plan program under the Affordable Care Act and was integral in advancing key policy priorities during the Obama Administration. Rob holds a BS in International Studies from Virginia Tech and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
