Ayelet Artzi

Ayelet Artzi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people analytics. Currently serving as Chief Democracy Officer at Democratech Israel since February 2023, Ayelet also holds the position of People Analytics Specialist at retrain.ai since July 2021. Previous roles include I/O Psychologist and People Analytics expert at ActiView.io, where Ayelet contributed to developing a Mixed Reality job-fit prediction platform. Ayelet's background encompasses HR Specialist at Software AG for the EMEA team, Learning, Social Responsibility & Community Relations Manager at IT Works, and various recruitment and consulting roles. Ayelet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Vocational Psychology from the University of Haifa, along with training in Python Software Development and Data Analysis.
