At a time when political consulting in India was synonymous with one playbook and one man, we created Demos: the first national breakaway built by minds who believed strategy needed to be more local, more ethical, and more human-scaled.

When we started, even before we had a website, we were already a point of caution in internal briefings elsewhere. We wore that as a Badge of relevance.

Today, Demos is a narrative-led institution working across India - not to mimic scale, but to build clarity. We craft strategy that listens, content that persuades, and campaigns that stay rooted in place and people.
