Michaela Weibel

Michaela Weibel, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Michaela is currently serving as the Marketing Director at Dempsey Construction, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Director at Freelance Marketing and Creative Services from 2014 to June 2021.

From 2016 to 2018, Michaela served as the Director of Marketing at 5thColumn LLC, where they successfully directed all marketing, branding, and PR efforts. Michaela also launched the World's first industry-backed cyber-warranty program and developed and executed marketing strategies that led the company to be listed on the Inc. 5000.

In 2015, they held the role of Adjunct Instructor at Associated Colleges of the Midwest, and from 2015 to 2016, they were the Director of Marketing & Partner Development at Sente Advisory Services.

Prior to this, Michaela worked as the Senior Marketing Manager at Intellectual Property Exchange International (IPXI) from 2013 to 2015. Michaela also worked as the Client Relations Manager at James Perse from 2011 to 2012, and as the Manager, Marketing and Business Development at Northbound Treatment Services from 2008 to 2011.

Michaela started their career in 2005 as part of the Marketing and Public Relations team at REACH Foundation. Overall, their experience demonstrates their expertise in marketing strategy, branding, PR, and product marketing.

Michaela Weibel earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degrees, Michaela Weibel has also obtained certifications in Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the California Department of Real Estate in January 2023, and in Database Marketing from The Database Marketing Institute in January 2014.
