Shellie Milne

Shellie Milne has extensive experience in the construction and consulting industries, currently serving in a Business Development role at Dempsey Construction, Inc. As the owner of KML Contracting Inc. since 2002, Shellie has led a family-owned dirt work and excavation company recognized for expertise in limited access projects. Previous experience includes consulting for Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. from 2014 to 2016 and serving on the City Council for the City of Hemet from 2012 to 2016.
