Tom Saddler

Tom Saddler has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Senior Superintendent at Dempsey Construction, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, Tom held the same title at Nitti Builders, LLC for one year and worked as Construction Superintendent at Dempsey Construction, Inc. from June 2018 to November 2019. Tom's career began with hands-on roles, starting as a Laborer and Foreman at Orion Construction and progressing through various positions, including Project Superintendent at Lusardi Construction Company for over two decades. Tom's educational background includes studies at Palomar College and graduation from Escondido High School.
