Sari Kontu is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at DEN, where they drive strategic initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture. With a strong background in HR processes, culture development, and change management, Sari has led significant projects in previous roles, including at Schneider Electric and Temp-Team Finland Oy. Sari holds a Master of Science in Business Law from the University of Tampere and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University. They also contribute to personal well-being as a certified mindfulness teacher, balancing professional dedication with an active lifestyle.
