Himanshu Kumar is an MBA graduate with a background in talent acquisition, specializing in both IT and non-IT recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Denave, they manage the full recruiting lifecycle and collaborate with hiring managers to meet competitive hiring demands. Prior to this, Himanshu held roles including Resourcing Specialist at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, where they developed and implemented effective recruitment strategies. With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, Himanshu is passionate about servant-leadership and mentoring future leaders. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration from Manav Rachna International University.
