DENCAP was founded in Detroit in 1984 as a Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) with a mission of offering affordable and comprehensive dental coverage for all. Today, DENCAP is a second-generation family-owned business that offers competitive DHMO and PPO Plan options.
