Aaron Dial

Aaron Dial has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Aaron started as a Director of High School Tennis at the Greater Midland Tennis Center in 2015. Afterward, they worked as a Tennis Professional at the Mac360 Tennis Academy, where they coached junior players of different skill levels. Aaron also worked as a Tennis Professional at the Courtyard Tennis Club, teaching lessons and selling equipment at the pro shop.

In 2016, Aaron transitioned to the automotive industry, working as a Sales Associate at David McDavid Acura and then as a Sales Lead at Nyle Maxwell Fiat-Alfa Romeo. Aaron enjoyed learning about different car brands and providing passionate, non-salesy customer service.

In 2018, Aaron joined Allen Insurance as a Commercial Insurance Sales Development and Retention specialist, managing accounts in the commercial trucking industry and establishing new business relationships. Aaron later worked as a Customer Service Technician at Konflict Motorsports in 2019.

Aaron's passion for climbing led him to become the Manager of Route Setting & Instruction at Austin Rock Gym Inc. in 2018. Aaron then moved on to become the Customer Experience Coordinator at CRUX CLIMBING CENTER, LLC in 2021, where they wore multiple hats, ensuring customers had an enjoyable and safe climbing experience.

Currently, Aaron is working at Denim, starting as a Sales Coordinator and advancing to Senior Sales Coordinator and Account Manager.

Aaron Dial completed their high school education at Cedar Park High School from 2009 to 2010 and obtained a high school diploma. Aaron then enrolled at Ferris State University from 2010 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Professional Tennis Management. Alongside their formal education, Aaron Dial has also obtained several certifications including a Climbing Wall Instructor certification from the Professional Climbing Instructor Association in October 2019 and the Climbing Wall Association in August 2021. Aaron has also achieved fluency in French through the language learning platform Duolingo, with a Beginner level estimated in December 2016. Additionally, Aaron Dial has completed the Great Base Initiative certification in September 2014, and holds a USPTA Certified certification.
