In 1999 I was a sales leader for SYSCO Denver.

I was doing pretty well, but saw that there was an imbalance.

I had the blood, sweat and tears and my managers had nice cushy offices with pictures of beach vacations.

- I was making $80k/year working 60 hours/week
- They were making $250k at 30 hours/week
- And, SYSCO was a $30B/year company

I realized then that I wanted a better lifestyle, so my entrepreneurial adventures began.

The path to success has never been easy.

In 2003, after 15 years of heavy drinking, I got sober.

That’s an important part of my story, because I learned that alcohol isn't the problem.

It’s what I used to cope with the REAL problem... my thinking.

If we can master our mindset, we can design a beautiful life.

I've built 2 multimillion dollar companies and managed dozens of teams.

It has taught me that if we don’t manage our minds, life becomes very difficult.

I’ve coached some of the highest level leaders and entrepreneurs to master their minds, scale their businesses and build amazing lives.

It’s never an easy process, but well worth the effort.

And, with the right guidance, it’s MUCH easier.

In 2021, I realized that Linkedin is much more than just a job posting platform, so I built a brand and business on here which has transformed my life!

And, I help others do the same.

- I have an investment education/management company
- I now have 205,000 Linkedin followers (350,000 total)
- I live on the Caribbean Sea in Playa Del Carmen, MX
- I have a newsletter with over 145,000 subscribers
- I am a pretend middle-aged athlete

I went from building somebody else’s dreams,
To living my own dreams everyday!
