Brian Aga

Brian Aga is the Vice President of Franchise Operations at Denny's. Brian has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on facilities management and growth.

Brian started their career in 2007 as the Vice President of Facilities and Growth for Taco Bueno Restaurants. In this role, they were responsible for the development, planning, and execution of facilities management strategies for 155 restaurant locations. Brian also led facility manager in the execution of maintenance policies and procedures for individual restaurant locations. Brian was able to control costs and expenses, create budgets, and facilitate team training sessions. Brian also championed new growth opportunities by generating revenue streams from restaurant openings, catering services, and marketing programs.

In 2015, Brian left Taco Bueno to join Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, Brian was responsible for leading a region of over 120 franchise locations in delivering A+ barbecue. Brian partnered with owners to help them grow their business and remain profitable. Brian was also responsible for executing a consistent standard across all franchise locations.

After two years with Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Brian joined Denny's as the Vice President of Franchise Operations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all franchise operations for Denny's. Brian works closely with franchisees to help them grow their businesses and improve their profitability. Brian is committed to delivering a consistent standard of excellence across all Denny's franchise locations.

Brian Aga has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas.
