Dan Barr possesses extensive experience in process engineering and moulding, currently serving as a Process Engineering - Moulding (E2) and Mould Technician Team Leader at DENSO since October 2016. In this role, Dan oversees the operation of injection moulding machines, robotics, and automation, focusing on quality, cycle time, efficiency, and process control for injection-molded parts. Prior to DENSO, Dan worked at A.B.M Canada as a Process Technician and at Southmedic Inc. in a clean room environment, also in a process technician capacity, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485:2003 standards. Educational qualifications include a Master Moulder degree and a Master Molder II degree in Injection Moulding from RJG, along with programming training in robotics from Yaskawa Academy.
