Mark Brick

Mark Brick has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at DENSO since December 2013. In this role, Mark leads New Product Introduction initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and manages production yield while optimizing productivity. Prior positions include Assistant Manager in the Moulding Division at DENSO and at Toyota Boshoku Canada, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing manufacturing departments, ensuring safety and quality through the Toyota Production System philosophy, and mentoring staff. Mark's career began as an Injection Moulding Technician, with progressive roles in setup and troubleshooting across various organizations. Mark holds a Diploma with Distinction in Business from Conestoga College, complemented by additional training in Hydraulics, Cost Accounting, and related fields.
