With extensive experience in high-growth, PE-backed technology companies, Stephen has successfully scaled financial operations and led transformative initiatives. Their expertise includes global finance leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and financial systems integration. Previously, Stephen held key roles at Alert Logic, where they orchestrated a significant turnaround resulting in a successful sale, and at other notable organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous improvement and value creation. Stephen obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
