James Agerton

James Agerton has over two decades of experience in technical support and training within the aviation and dental industries. Since August 2001, James has worked as a Technical Support Representative at DentalEZ Group, offering assistance with dental delivery systems, compressors, vacuums, stools, and patient chairs through phone and email communication. Prior to this role, James served as an Aircraft Harness Process Trainer at Packard Hughes Interconnect from January 1998 to June 2001, where responsibilities included building and training new hires on processes for manufacturing harnesses for various Boeing aircraft. James began the career as an Aircraft Assembler at Rohr I from January 1990 to December 1992, focusing on the assembly of components for the Boeing 757. James holds a degree in Welding from Atmore Technical School and has additional education from Faulkner State.
