Barbara Wei

Barbara Wei is a Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst at DentaQuest, where they have been working since 2022. Previously, Barbara served as a Human Resources Operations Manager at Accion in 2011 and held various HR roles including Principal Specialist, Lead Specialist, Senior Specialist, and Senior Associate. They began their career as an HR Intern at Shell China Ltd. in 2008 and also worked as a Marketing Intern at Siemens China during the same year. Barbara earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from China University of Political Science and Law.
