Steven Leistner

Steven Leistner is a Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer at HGGC, a private investment firm managing over $8 billion in capital commitments. They began their career as a Corporate Finance Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and have held various positions at HGGC since 2009. Steven also serves on multiple boards, including Act+Acre, RPX Corporation, and the Beauty Industry Group, and co-founded The Mountain Spring Foundation, which focuses on mental health initiatives. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
