Dave Masterson

Dave Masterson is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in customer success and technology management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Dento USA since August 2023, Dave oversees corporate technology initiatives and client support. Previously, as Vice President of Customer Success at Care Heroes, Dave deployed a cloud platform for home healthcare professionals and managed product sales. Dave's tenure at Nerds On Site as Area Development Director focused on brand growth and franchise model implementation. While at United Franchise Group, notable contributions included developing an e-commerce platform for SIGNARAMA, creating a custom apparel SaaS POS system, and managing global franchisee conventions. Dave holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
