Denton Reserve is a 2500 acre landscape of woodland, moorland, grassland and arable land set within the stunning Yorkshire countryside.

Our ambition is to offer a new land and hospitality destination offering accommodation and nature inspired activities. 

Welcoming guests from January 2025 to stay, host an event, immerse yourself in nature or discover our pioneering projects which help combat climate change, increase biodiversity and grow sustainable, seasonal food.

Denton Hall is a Grade I listed building and will be available for groups or individuals to hire for private events, weddings or corporate sessions and use as their own home.

The former stables and coachhouses are being converted into additional luxury accommodation.

In 2025, guests will be able to immerse in nature inspired activities and wellness opportunities by our lake.

The Penny Bun, our first experience at Denton Reserve, is already open.
We've reimagined our local inn to create a blend of old and new, with menus celebrating the best Yorkshire produce and field to fork food from Denton Reserve.

Close to Ilkley, with access to miles of Wharfedale walks and five restful screen-free bedrooms designed for sleep and curated with care. The Penny Bun is a stylish, sustainable weekend escape.
