Amy Rubenstein

Amy Rubenstein is a partner in the Cannabis practice at Dentons, focusing on strategic and risk management solutions in an industry projected to reach a domestic valuation of US$197 billion by 2028. Prior to her current role, Amy served as a partner at DLA Piper from January 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included US Co-Chair of Industrials and Global Co-Chair of Chemicals, managing disputes and transactions across various sectors. Amy also held a partner position at Schiff Hardin LLP from September 2002 to January 2018, addressing clients' business needs through litigation strategies and internal investigations. Earlier in career, Amy was an independent consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, focusing on technology consulting agreements. Amy holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in English from Emory University.
