Andrew Clarke is a corporate and projects lawyer with extensive experience advising APAC and global clients. Currently serving as Counsel at Dentons, Andrew has previously held legal counsel positions, including a three-year secondment at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., where they facilitated high-profile M&A transactions and infrastructure projects. Andrew started their career as a scientist in genetics and immunology and has also worked as a language teacher in Japan.
