Anja Moser

Anja Moser is currently a Counsel at Dentons, specializing in Restructuring and Insolvency. Previously, Anja was a Senior Associate at Baker McKenzie from 2012 to 2025, focusing on Corporate/M&A and Restructuring & Insolvency, and worked as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2010 to 2012 in Corporate and Litigation. Anja began their legal career as a Research Assistant at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 2006 to 2010. Anja holds multiple degrees from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, including the Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen, Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen from Oberlandesgericht Bamberg, and an LL.M.Eur. in European Law, alongside a Master’s in Political Science, Economics, and Public Law obtained in 2002.
