Anne MacDonald

Anne MacDonald currently serves as Senior Policy Director and Head of Political Risk at Dentons, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes Managing Director of Political Risk at Edelman Global Advisory from November 2021 to October 2024 and Executive Vice President of U.S. Public Affairs and Senior Policy Strategist at Edelman from October 2019 to December 2021. MacDonald has also held roles such as Principal at Matterhorn Advisory, Chief of Staff to Mrs. Laura Bush in the Office of George W. Bush, and Director of External Affairs at GHESKIO. Additional significant positions include Director of the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Associate Director for Outreach at The White House. MacDonald earned a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and holds a degree in International Studies with a focus on Latin American Studies from Rhodes College.
