Ben Allen

Ben Allen is a Partner at Dentons, where since January 2016, expertise has been applied to managing complex and sensitive commercial disputes for both the public and private sectors, including class actions and representative proceedings. This role encompasses a wide range of disputes related to contracts, corporations law, equity, and tortious claims across various sectors such as commercial property, technology procurement, financial products, medical devices, mining, and consumer goods. Previously, Ben Allen held the position of Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright from July 2011 to December 2015 and served as Special Counsel/Senior Associate at the same firm from 2005 to 2011. Academic qualifications include an LLM from Sydney, an LLB with Honors, and a Bachelor of Economics from Newcastle, completed between 1995 and 1999.
